See how people on treatment get around

Getting around while on treatment is sometimes not simple. But there are lots of things you can do to get around, and keep yourself and others safe. These videos portray the lived experience of peers who are on methadone or buprenorphine, how they get around, and how they balance their daily life while on treatment.

Led by the NSW Users & AIDS Association (NUAA), these videos came about from talking to peers about what is important to them when it comes to driving safety.[/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_style=”solid-icon” message_box_color=”success”]These interviews were drawn from consultations with people on the Opioid Treatment Program who drive to get their dose and have been acted out by peers of NUAA. While these stories are true experiences of people who use drugs, they are not necessarily the personal stories of these individuals.[/vc_message][vc_empty_space height=”35px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
